1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Metro cities: 2–7 business days

    • Other locations: 4–7 business days

    • Remote/pincode-restricted areas: up to 10 business days

    • World Wide Delivery : Depends Upon Location

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999:

    • Prepaid shipping: ₹ 0 ( zero )

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹79 to ₹99 extra (COD fee)

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD available for orders below ₹2000. ( Conditions Apply )

  • Please ensure your phone number is reachable for confirmation before shipping.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.

  • You can also track your order directly from our Order Tracking Page.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to courier service issues, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses.

  • If your area is not serviceable, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

7. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your delivery address before placing the order.

  • Undelivered or RTO (Return to Origin) orders due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may attract additional re-shipping charges.
